Elections for the 11-member executive board takes place every 2 years during the Annual General Meetings (AGM). During AGM the organizational report and financial report are also approved and major decisions are made. AGM gives mandate to the Executive Board.
The Executive Board is supported by the Borad of Trustees and Board of Advisors.
Youth Initiative also has a pool of its life members.
